BirthSkills Weekend Workshop - Canberra
Sat 11th & Sun 12th December 2010, 10.00am-4.00pm each day. Curtin. $550 or $500 if paid by 10th November 2010. Includes The BirthSkills Book & CD and postnatal support.
Meditation for Pregnancy Classes - Commencing Thursday 28th October 2010 $95. 6 week program including partners session. Tuggeranong, 7.30-8.30pm. Includes handouts and a copy of Shari’s new meditation for pregnancy CD!

Private sessions in your own home - $550 per couple or $500 per couple for 2/3 couples
Weekly Sessions and Weekend Workshops - $550 per couple ($50 discount available in Canberra where sessions booked & paid 1 month in advance, please ask)
Distance package - $450 per couple
Last Minute Learning Package - $198 per couple
Casual sessions (for debriefing from previous birth, top-up sessions etc) $90 per 60 minutes or $400 for 5x1hr sessions.
Prices include: Your sessions; The BirthSkills Book (2009); Birthing Preparation CD (4 tracks including the Birthing Affirmations); Ongoing support to the birth of your baby; and Postnatal support.
Prices also include postage and GST .
